Not really sure where the summer is going but things are happening soooooo fast I am struggling to keep up with myself.
I have entered two heavy horse shows with our heavies.
The Midland Heavy Horse Show was great. I took our young Suffolk Colt into an in hand class and came second, he behaved which was all that mattered. Michael came into the ring with me and really boosted my confidence, I dont like meeting new people or doing new things.
One of the heavy horse owners asked me if I would take her young shire into a ridden class, but did warn me that he was green. Well Dusty behaved beautifully and we came out with another second, so we had a great day.

Bromyard Gala was on the Sunday and the weather was great like the day before at the club show. Mike and Alison took Duchess and Marshall and Harvey. We took Boudi and the day was nice. Zac and Joel came with their Grandad and Joel fell in love with Badger. Alison loves Alice to bits because she is so naughty.
Jane, Alison's mum also came to the show so we all had a nice day out in the sunshine. Jane was even photographed holding a horse.
After the shows Mum and Daddy drove home and I stayed at the farm with Alison for the next three weeks. Thanks Alison I loved it. We sheared sheep and I got to see some eye candy while we worked; got things ready for the heavy horse show at Trimpley, two of the pigs farrowed, and Alison started to teach me to drive the tractor.
I learnt to handle the stallions, shopped and scooted around the farm on the quad. Loads of fun and life at home seems really quiet now.
Daddy keeps spending time in hospital with pancreatitis and needs to have an operation. He isnt very well at all but seems soooooooooooooo much happier working with the horses and pottering about around the farm. Cant wait till we move.
Oh and Mungo went to Grant Bozin the horse whisperer and is now being ridden. Yey, things are really good.
The puppies are really naughty but funny; Effie jumps the gate the minute someone heads for the car and life is good. I could write loads of things but I dont reall
