So, so want to move, new start for the whole family.
Mum really not very well and Daddy in his own world. I would like to explain what is going on but don't know myself. I do know that Mum needs surgery as soon as possible and Daddy needs help sorting his head out and speaking to someone, isn't PTSD and depression great!!! I think he is at the point where he switched off. Hopefully, with Spring just around the corner things will change.
I am really down, but hey I guess I just need to build a bridge and get over it.
Last Sunday we collected Clara a middle aged bulldog who has come into our family as part of his birthday present. She is ugly in a cute way. Mum was on her way to pick me up when we got a phone call saying to collect her, so we shot off from Rothwell to Peterborough and when we got home Mum waited by the car while I took my stuff in. I then said to Daddy that Mum had smashed the BMW and he decided to go and look. As he hobbled outside he was greeted with a little waddling dog grunting away as she walked. I think he was happy and he almost gave Mum a hug.
Tuesday was Daddy's 55th birthday. He had already had his two new tyres, his tattoo and his dog but we made sure there were things to open on the day. He got quite a few cards and loads of messages on his facebook, one really really hurt me, but I can't say anything.
I then got ready and travelled to Kidderminster to work with Alison on the farm lambing. The week was really hard work but great fun, I was worried about Mum all week so kept phoning her. My friend had also been ill so i was worried about her too.
Mum collected me on Saturday and I got her feeding lambs and helping before we left, we talked about a lot of things on the way home, mainly our future.
Saturday evening we had a good night with friends for a curry. Daddy seemed really positive and was talking about the future, shows and things we all would be doing. It seemed odd because of how low he has been and how uncertain everything has been. Really, really want to talk to Daddy but it does not seem the right time at the minute, I am just worried about him and need to know he will be ok. He is at the hospital again on Monday for more flipping tests.
Oh well another week is beginning so we shall see what happens.
